If you want to visit the north part of the park, this is the easiest place to get there – walk across the wide bridge over Carpenters Road and keep going north.
For a more intimate location, try the Great British Garden which is located on the north side of Old River Lea, just a minute’s walk from Mandeville Place.
There is a sound post installation next to the bridge towards the stadium. You wind the handle and listen to the sound of the crowds cheering during the Olympic Games.
